Delete Your Solyra Account

Delete your account in the app

Open Solyra, go to Profile settings, and select Delete Account. Review the confirmation message, then confirm the deletion. The confirmation is intentionally explicit because the deletion action cannot be undone.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes the app account and associated profile and social data held for normal operation.

• Your Solyra guest account and username.
• Birth-profile information, derived profile information, saved readings, reports, preferences, and progress associated with that account.
• Friendships, friend requests, blocks, and related social records.
• Registered notification devices and eligible cloud-backed app data associated with the account.

Information that may be retained

Deleting an account does not mean that every record is immediately removed. We may retain limited information for legal obligations, security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Safety reports contain opaque account identifiers, report category, status, and timestamps. We retain them for safety review and related enforcement. A specific safety-review retention period is not stated on this page.

If you cannot access the app

Solyra uses a guest account tied to an app installation. Apple and Google sign-in are not available, and reinstalling may mean you cannot regain access to the same account.

To request deletion without app access, email support@solyraapp.com with the subject “Solyra Account Deletion.” Include your Solyra username and only the minimum account information you can safely provide. Do not email your birth date, birth time, birth place, passwords, or authentication tokens. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account.

After you submit a request

We will review the request and complete a reasonable identity check when needed before acting on it. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete a Solyra account.
