01

Respect the person behind the placement

Astrological language is never permission to stereotype, humiliate, diagnose, or dismiss someone. Treat compatibility content as a prompt for reflection, not evidence about another person’s character or intentions.

02

Harassment and hateful conduct

Do not bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or direct hateful or discriminatory conduct at anyone based on identity or protected characteristics. Repeated unwanted contact is also prohibited.

03

Sexual, exploitative, and dangerous content

Do not use Solyra to distribute sexual or exploitative content, target vulnerable people, facilitate abuse, threaten violence, encourage self-harm, or organize illegal activity.

04

Privacy and birth information

Never post, request, trade, or misuse another person’s birth date, birth time, birth place, location, contact details, or private astrological data. Do not create a private-person profile without a lawful and respectful basis for doing so.

05

Authenticity and spam

Do not impersonate another person or organization, use misleading usernames, operate deceptive accounts, send repetitive requests, or use friend features for unsolicited promotion or fraud.

06

Reporting and blocking

You can report an account from a friend profile, search result, or incoming friend request. Choose a reason in the report dialog and send it to the moderation queue. The dialog also offers Block Account.

Blocking prevents contact between the accounts. Reporting does not automatically suspend another account; it creates a report for review. Please provide relevant context without unnecessarily sharing private information.

07

How we respond

We may review account activity and reports, preserve relevant records, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access. We consider severity, context, credible risk, and repeated conduct. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Safety reports contain opaque account identifiers, report category, status, and timestamps. They are retained for safety review and related enforcement. A specific retention period is not stated here.
