Contact our support team
Contact the Solyra support team at support@solyraapp.com. Use a descriptive subject line such as “Guest account help,” “Notification issue,” “Privacy request,” or “Report a safety concern.” Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or raw birth information.
Guest accounts and reinstalling
Solyra currently uses a guest account tied to the app installation. Apple and Google sign-in are not available. If you delete and reinstall the app, you may lose access to the guest account and profile information associated with the prior installation.
If you need help with an existing installation, include your Solyra username and device platform in your email. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
Notifications are not arriving
First confirm that the relevant reminder is enabled in Solyra. Then review system notification permission for Solyra in your device settings. Focus modes, scheduled summaries, battery restrictions, and system-level delivery settings can also delay a notification.
Turning notifications off does not affect your account, readings, or ability to use the app.
Analytics and advertising choices
Product Analytics is off by default and is enabled only when you explicitly opt in through Solyra’s in-app privacy controls. For advertising choices, open Profile → Privacy & Support → Advertising Privacy Choices. This opens Google’s form when available or directs you to relevant device settings otherwise.
On iOS, Apple’s tracking choice is separate. Declining tracking does not block app use; Solyra requests non-personalized advertising.
Privacy requests and account deletion
Email support@solyraapp.com with the subject “Privacy Request” if you want to request access or correction of eligible information. We may need to verify the request before releasing or changing account data.
To delete an account, use Delete Account in Profile settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the external request instructions on our Account Deletion page. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account.
Report or block another account
You can report an account from a friend profile, search result, or incoming friend request. Choose a reason in the report dialog and send the report to Solyra’s moderation queue. The same dialog offers Block Account.
Blocking prevents contact between the accounts. Reporting does not automatically suspend the other account; it sends the report for review. If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an app response.
Helpful details to include
For a technical issue, include your device model, operating-system version, Solyra app version, the screen where the issue occurred, and a description of the result. Screenshots can help, but remove or cover personal information before sending them.
